Processing time: 3–7 business days. Peak seasons may experience slight delays.

Digital Products (Instant Downloads): Ebooks, journals, quizzes, and worksheets are available as instant digital downloads. Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with your download link. Your files will also be accessible from your order confirmation page. No physical item will be shipped — simply download and save to your device for personal use.

We cannot change or redirect packages once they are in transit.
