Refund policy

At The Threaded Intention Co., we want each order to arrive as expected and in good condition. Because our store includes both digital downloads and custom/print-on-demand physical products, return eligibility depends on the product type.

Digital Downloads

Digital products are final sale once delivered and are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation, except where required by applicable law.

If you experience a technical problem accessing or downloading your purchase, contact us at hello@thethreadedintentionsco.com so we can help resolve the delivery issue.

Custom and Print-on-Demand Physical Products

Many of our physical products are produced specifically after an order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • buyer’s remorse
  • incorrect size or product selection by the customer
  • normal color differences caused by screen display
  • normal print-on-demand production variations
  • carrier delays outside our control

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If a physical item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos showing the problem

If the claim is approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds

When an approved issue cannot reasonably be resolved through replacement or another appropriate remedy, a refund may be issued to the original payment method.

Any refund will be processed in accordance with applicable law and payment-provider processing times.

Final Sale Items

Products identified as final sale in our store are not eligible for returns or cancellations. This includes our digital download collection and may include other custom or specially designated items.
